8. SMS AND RCS MESSAGING TERMS

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages, including SMS and RCS messages, from AIDAN at the mobile number you provided.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Messages may include marketing communications, product launches, promotions, personalized recommendations, abandoned-cart reminders, back-in-stock notifications, order-related information, and other AIDAN communications where permitted by law.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive marketing messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

You represent that you are the subscriber, account holder, or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receiving messages at that number.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside AIDAN's control.

Your participation in AIDAN's SMS and RCS messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

AIDAN may modify, suspend, or terminate its messaging program at any time, subject to applicable law.

Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from AIDAN, we may send you information regarding products, collections, promotions, events, partnerships, and other brand communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
